Tommy Howe Fundraiser

This Fundraiser is to help Tommy Howe and his family with his cancer treatment costs. Unfortunately, insurance is no longer covering Tommy's treatments. Both Tommy and his family are very appreciative of everyone's support and any donation they can make. For those that don't know, here is a little background information on Tommy's battle with Cancer.

February 2007: Tommy was diagnosed with osteosarcoma ( A rare bone cancer). A tumor was found during an MRI. It was located just above Tommy's knee (Femur Bone).

May 2007: Tommy's tumor is removed by a procedure of a total knee replacement. Before and after the surgery Tommy recieved strong doses of chemotherapy (8 months)

May 2008: The tumor comes back again above the knee but visable (Located in his soft tissue) Doctors decide to amputate leg for best chances of survival

March 2009: A CT scan shows that Tommy has malignant tumors located in both left and right lungs.

December 2009: Chemotherapy and Radiation no longer controlling the cancer, Tommy seeks alternative treatment in Scottsdale, Arizona. (Unfortunately Insurance Will No Longer Cover Tommy's Treatments.)
